Auction Empires

What's new

The game updates most days. Here's every change players will notice, newest first. Your game picks up each update the next time you open it.

  1. Version 6923 Oct 2026

    Edge to edge

    • In the app the street now fills the whole screen: no dark bands above the top bar or under the bid buttons.
    • The game opens on a loading screen until the 3D street is ready, instead of flashing the old card layout first.
  2. Version 6723 Oct 2026

    Auction Empires Pro

    • Pro, in the app: Property manager, the season pass every season, +10 home slots and no ads, monthly or once for life.
    • Manage or cancel Pro from Settings without leaving the game.
    • Pro never wins a lot or buys chance: rivals bid the same either way.
  3. Version 6623 Oct 2026

    A smoother street

    • The street and crowd draw in about a third of the work they used to, so phones keep a steadier frame rate during bidding wars.
    • Leaderboards show each player once, even if an old copy of their game was still on the board.
    • Tips about the auction wait until you put the phone away.
  4. Version 6523 Oct 2026

    Tighter and smoother

    • Smoother on phones: the street draws fewer pixels and steps down sooner when your phone struggles.
    • The app fills the screen properly: no gap above the top bar or under the bid buttons.
    • After a win the bid panel keeps its zone bar, the button turns green and reads Yours, and the replay pill waits for the next lot instead of covering the inspection card.
    • Crowd name tags and speech bubbles stay on screen; the event camera drops below an off-market offer instead of covering it.
    • Tenant requests and leaderboards no longer spill text over photos or cut off the Rival tag.
    • Moving your game with a transfer code now keeps your spot on the leaderboards (no second copy of you).
  5. Version 6423 Oct 2026

The street from the first second

    • Every new player starts on the 3D street: no more card layout first.
    • Already playing in a browser? The welcome screen now has Bring your game across: enter your transfer code and your whole empire comes with you.
    • The app fills the whole screen on Android.
    • Transfer codes work again: the code box was cutting codes short.
  6. Version 6323 Oct 2026

    Faster to the next win

    • Big wins play the full show the first few times, then a short version. Legendary homes, the arena, a boss or your nemesis always get the full show.
    • Tap anywhere to skip the price roll or the house reveal. Next lot works the whole time.
    • The Bid button glows green when the next bid is a good deal and turns gold, reading Steal, when it is a steal.
    • Repairs come in inspection rounds: half as many, all at once every few minutes, one Fix all. Every fix shows the rent you kept and earns XP.
    • Card packs open in full the first time you pull each rarity; after that the card arrives as a message.
  7. Version 6223 Oct 2026

    Your phone, your way

    • Notifications are text messages now: they pop up like texts, and the Messages app on your phone keeps every thread (Auction house, Harbour & Hale, the bank, tenants, the site manager, AE News, prizes).
    • The bell is gone from the top bar; your season pass tier sits there instead. Tap it for the season track.
    • Settings → On screen: choose Full, Message or Off for events, tenant stories, building works, level-ups, big win moments, card packs and crowd chatter, and pop-ups or phone only for messages.
    • The Market window fits every phone: posters scale to the glass and drop to four on shorter screens.
    • Your homes list has a cleaner top: All or Rare, and one Sort button.
  8. Version 6123 Oct 2026

    Smoother

    • Smoother on phones: the street draws at a sharper but lighter resolution, and drops detail on its own if the frame rate dips.
    • Fixed the big white speech bubbles that could cover the house during bidding.
    • Replays record without slowing the auction down.
  9. Version 6022 Oct 2026

    Big moments

    • Big wins get a hammer moment: slow motion, a freeze on the gavel, and the price rolls in like a fruit machine.
    • The auctioneer knows you: he calls you by name or by the colour you are wearing, pauses for your jump bids, and nudges you when you hold back.
    • Epic and Legendary wins get a grand reveal: the camera sweeps up to the house, the front door swings open on a warm light, then you open the pack.
    • Beaten rivals storm off the street. Rivals who beat you rub it in.
    • Weather and time of day: sunset for the best markets and featured lots, rain-soaked nights for Auction Night and late play, street lamps and lit windows after dark.
    • Win three in a row and your paddle catches fire. The crowd chants your name.
    • Bidding wars record themselves. Tap Replay the war to watch it back and share the clip.
    • Your collector binder: a page for every market, a pocket for every suburb, pages that turn, and a full page shines gold.
    • In the live arena everyone online stands in the crowd, and you can react with claps, fire, gasps and laughs.
  10. Version 5922 Oct 2026

Collector cards and a crowd that cares

    • Every win you pull now comes in a foil pack: tear it open, the card rises face down, turn it over.
    • Cards look like real collector cards: name and worth up top, the type line, Rent and Equity, a line about how you won it, a set number and rarity symbol.
    • Each rarity has its own finish: matte, sheen, reverse holo, holo, and a full-art gold Legendary.
    • Epic cards drop into an AE Grading slab graded MINT 9, Legendary into GEM MINT 10, and they stay slabbed whenever you open them.
    • The crowd gets involved: the room heats up as bids fly (Buzzing, Heated, Electric), a bidding war sets everyone cheering, a jump bid gets gasps, phones come out when it is electric, and the street goes quiet for the final call.
    • On the market gets applause, a win gets the crowd on its feet, a near loss gets an aww.
  11. Version 5822 Oct 2026

    A proper phone

    • The phone button is a phone: your model, case and wallpaper, the time and your notifications on its screen. It rings and buzzes when a repair, a free gift or a mission reward comes in.
    • Everything opens inside the phone now, with the same header on every app: back to your apps, the title, put it away.
    • 20 apps became 8 plus a dock: My town (Map, Homes, Sets), Market, Auctions, Money (Overview, Bank), Progress (Season, Dynasty), Collection (Album, Trophies, Badges), Compete (Leaderboards, Friends) and World; News, Missions, Store and Settings in the dock.
    • The home screen shows your notifications first: tap one to go straight there.
  12. Version 5722 Oct 2026

    Store, leaderboards, a proper auction

    • Auctions run like the real thing: the auctioneer opens the bidding, calls "we are on the market" once bidding passes the reserve, and gives a third and final call before the hammer.
    • The plaque shows the valuer's range and an On the market tag; Today's lot and Auction Night sit on it too.
    • The store is a full screen with tabs: Featured, Cash, Boosts, Style, Season and Free, with what you own and what is active.
    • A free gift every 4 hours in the store, and a one-time starter bundle in the app.
    • Leaderboards for every player: net worth, this week, level, stars, season, arena and auction wins, with your rank pinned and a card for each player.
    • Pages inside your phone no longer touch the edge of the screen or scroll sideways.
  13. Version 5622 Oct 2026

    My town is a map

    • My town opens like a maps app: your homes on real streets, a highway, parks, the harbour and the rest of the city around them.
    • Search your homes by address, suburb, street or rarity.
    • Chips for repairs, tenant asks, works, sets, Epic finds and run-down homes light up just those homes.
    • Tap a home for its place card: rent, value, equity, photos, and Card, Tour, Upgrade, Sell, Share and Fix right there.
    • Layers: Default, Satellite or Night, plus Rent flow (streets coloured like traffic) and Hazard zones.
    • 2D or tilted 3D, a compass when you turn the map, and a button that shows every home at once.
    • The live arena no longer pulls you out of your phone; a toast tells you it is open.
  14. Version 5522 Oct 2026

    Sharper, louder, smoother

    • Softer, richer 3D: ambient occlusion, bloom and anti-aliasing, tuned to your phone's graphics chip.
    • My town has real suburban houses with coloured roofs, and suburb names on the roads.
    • Fire trucks, police cars, removal trucks and excavators in the live scenes, with animated locals.
    • Real sounds: poker chips for bids, a wooden gavel, card flips and clicks.
    • iPhone haptics on the main buttons.
    • Smoother My town camera: pan, pinch and zoom to where you point.
    • A 3D SOLD sign on the board, confetti bursts and new level-up animations.
    • Settings → Graphics: pick Low to Ultra yourself. Settings → Under the hood shows what is running, with a button to see the scene without effects.
  15. Version 5422 Oct 2026

    The street comes alive

    • Auctions happen on a 3D street: bidders raise their paddles out the front and the auctioneer calls it.
    • Your phone holds everything else: My town, Portfolio, Market, Season, Friends and more.
    • My town: fly over every home you own, with repairs, builds and sets on the map.
    • Events play out live: floods rise, fires spread, tornadoes tear through, sharks jump. Over 80 scenes, on your actual home.
    • Upgrades, knock-downs and new builds animate, and neglected homes visibly fall apart.
    • Two new builds: Townhouses (three homes from one block) and Apartment blocks.
    • Dress your bidder: hats, outfits and extras. Pick your phone, case and wallpaper.
    • The agency window shows six picks with longer timers and how each one fits your portfolio.
    • New events: tornadoes, sinkholes, meteorites, whales, crocs in the pool, koalas and more.
    • Mystery lots show the real ad, smeared like Vaseline on the lens.
  16. Version 5321 Oct 2026

Cash floor and your first cash-out

    • New players keep a deposit in hand: the bank lends the rest.
    • Your first time past $100M explains exactly what cashing out gives you.
  17. Version 5221 Oct 2026

    The global rich list

    • The rich list now has every real player on it, alongside your AI rivals.
    • Notifications sit over the header instead of covering the game.
  18. Version 5121 Oct 2026

    Tenants and upkeep

    • Tenants ask for repairs in real time. Ignore them and the rent drops, then they leave and the home runs down.
    • A Property manager can fix things for you.
    • Market homes are Unranked quick flips.
  19. Version 5021 Oct 2026

    Fairer lots

    • Lots you can actually afford, even with a huge empire.
    • A softer start: a cautious first rival and one free rescue from repossession.
  20. Version 4921 Oct 2026

    Passed in

    • Some lots pass in: the vendor names a price and you have 20 seconds.
    • The game looks right on desktop now.
  21. Version 4821 Oct 2026

    More time to think

    • The clock runs 15 seconds until your second win.
