Terms of play
Auction Empires · last updated 21 October 2026Auction Empires is a game. The money, homes, rents and markets in it are fictional; nothing in the game is financial advice, and nothing you earn in the game can be withdrawn, traded or exchanged for real money.
Playing
- You can play free in a browser or in the mobile app. The game may change, pause or end at any time, and your save lives on your own device.
- Pick a nickname that would not embarrass you on a leaderboard. We may rename or remove offensive names and remove players from friend groups.
- Do not cheat, automate bidding, or attack the servers. We may block install IDs that do.
Purchases
- In-app purchases are optional and only available in the mobile app, through Apple's App Store and Google Play under their terms and refund policies.
- Items bought are in-game cash, registrations, portfolio slots, agents, season pass rewards, cosmetics and speed-ups. Nothing random is sold, and no purchase wins an auction for you.
- Purchases are tied to the device and store account they were made on. Use the Move this game to another device code in the menu to carry your game across; non-consumable items can be restored from the store.
R18+ mode
An optional mode adds darker satirical events. It is for adults only and off by default.
Liability
The game is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, CreatorSense AI is not liable for lost saves, downtime, or anything that happens because of how you play. Australian Consumer Law guarantees are not excluded where they apply.
