Privacy policy
Auction Empires · last updated 21 October 2026Auction Empires is a free property-auction game made by CreatorSense AI (Sydney, Australia). This page explains what the game stores and why. The short version: there are no accounts, no email, no names unless you type one, and nothing is sold.
What the game stores on your device
Your game (homes, cash, level, settings) is saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. Clearing site data deletes it. The native app stores the same save in the app's own storage.
What is sent to our server
- Anonymous play statistics: a random install ID (not linked to you), the game version, your device's screen size and browser type, and what happened in the game (auctions joined, wins, levels, purchases made through the app stores). We use this to balance the game and fix bugs. You can turn it off in the menu under Anonymous play stats.
- Your nickname, if you set one, so it can appear on leaderboards, in friend groups and in live auctions. Pick anything you like; it does not need to be your real name.
- Transfer codes: when you ask to move your game to another device, your save is stored on our server under a code for 30 days, then deleted.
- Feedback you send from the menu (your star rating and comment).
- Push notification tokens (app only, if you allow notifications) so we can tell you about your daily lot or a streak about to end. Turn them off in your phone's settings at any time.
What we do not collect
No email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers or payment details. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple and Google; we only receive a receipt that says which item was bought.
Cookies and analytics
The web game uses no advertising cookies. If web analytics are enabled, they are privacy-respecting page-view counts without cookies.
Children
The game has an optional R18+ mode with darker humour that is off by default and asks you to confirm you are an adult. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone; there is none to collect.
Where data lives and how long
Play statistics are stored on servers hosted by Railway in the United States and kept for up to 12 months. Transfer codes expire after 30 days. Leaderboard entries are kept while the board is live.
Your choices
Turn off play statistics in the menu, change or remove your nickname, clear your browser's site data to delete your save, or email info@creatorsenseai.com to ask what we hold under your transfer code or nickname and have it removed.
