The property auction gameWin the house. Skip the mortgage.
Outbid the investor from Dural, the family trust and the bloke who always jumps fifty grand. Ten seconds a lot. Win it, bank the rent, and keep going until you own the harbour.
Ten seconds. One paddle. Your house.
Every lot is a live auction against investors with deep pockets and their own limits. The meter tells you how good the price is while it climbs.
Check the valuer
Every lot shows what it's really worth. Stay under the line and you're richer the moment the hammer falls.
Bid in the green
Tap Bid, slam Go big, or let auto-bid sweat it out for you. Rivals fold when they hit their limit. Most of them.
Bank the rent
The house is yours and the rent starts rolling in. A second is a month, so it adds up fast. Then do it again.
What's in the window
Eight things you'll be doing by the end of your first coffee.
- AuctionEvery 10 seconds

A street full of bidders
Rivals raise paddles and talk trash, the auctioneer calls going once, and when a bidding war breaks out the crowd starts filming.
- Your townMap view

Your empire on a map
Every home you own on your own town map. Fix the leaky roof, put in a pool, finish the suburb set for extra rent.
- MarketBuy it now

The agent's window

- CollectCommon to Legendary

Every win is a card
Steal a house under value and it comes back as a rare card. Epic and Legendary pulls arrive graded and slabbed.
- EventsLive on your homes

Floods, booms and a koala
Storms, bushfires, suburb booms, rate cuts and tenants with stories hit your homes, and you watch it happen live.
- CompeteReal players

Climb the rich list
Weekly and all-time leaderboards, friend leagues, duels on the same lot, and a live arena where everyone online fights for one trophy home.
- Your phoneEverything else

It all fits in your pocket
Your town, money, missions and texts from tenants and agents live on a phone, so the auction never leaves the screen.

Questions
Anything else, email info@creatorsenseai.com.
Is Auction Empires free?
Yes. It's free to play in your browser right now. The iPhone and Android apps are coming soon, free to download with optional in-app purchases.
Is there an app?
The iPhone and Android apps are on the way. Until then it plays in Safari or Chrome on your phone, and you can add it to your home screen. When the apps land, you'll be able to bring your game across.
Is it real money?
No. It's a game. There's no betting, and game cash can't be cashed out or traded.
Are the prices real?
The suburbs and the auction-day rituals are real. The prices, rents and rivals are game numbers, so please don't take it to your mortgage broker.
How long does a game take?
An auction lasts ten to fifteen seconds and a game month passes every second, so a two-minute break is enough to win a home and watch the rent come in.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Start a group and share the code for a weekly league, duel on the same lot, meet on Thursday nights for Auction Night, or jump into the live arena where everyone online bids on one trophy home.
Does my game save?
Your empire saves on your device as you play. To move it to another phone, make a transfer code in Settings.
Going once. Going twice.
